How To Eat Passion Fruit
You can tell when passion fruit is SUPER ripe when the skin and flesh is wrinkled and feels heavy. However, you don't have to wait for it to be wrinkled. It's a matter of preference.
The more wrinkled the skin, the riper the fruit.
How to Eat:
Cut in Half (Be careful not to cut yourself)
Scoop out the passion fruit pulp with a spoon and place it in a bowl.
Mix it in your yogurts or smoothies or plain water (personal preference)
You can also enjoy passion fruit pulp straight from the shell. All you’ll need is a spoon! :-)

- Cut it in whatever way you want, eat directly with your hands. Don't swallow the seeds. They are not edible.
If you're not ready to eat the soursop, put it in a ziploc and freeze for future use.
Do not store in refrigerator for a long period of time or it will ferment and fo bad. Store in freezer.
